Over and above all the more traditional email and social media marketing support we provide, we also like to get into the heads of your potential customers. 

We did our research and found that naturally some people can have  a sceptical approach when it comes to signing up for a recurring payment. Despite the fact that your App might have a free trial, often people don’t want to sign up. We’ve all been in the situation where we’ve joined a free trial on a whim and discovered we’re still being charged for a product we’ve not used 6 months later!

It seems that every company or product is jumping onto the subscription bandwagon and people have become a little wary.

And that’s why companies around the world have  adapted by offering people the chance to preview the product before deciding on a long term commitment. A more traditional example relating to wellness is a bricks & mortar gym offering a limited number of free gym sessions to help the client make a final decision about whether to join or not. 

Our team here at Sudor has come  up with the perfect digital version of that method and we are now offering a non recurring 1 day pass to all users who may want to trial out one of our App Creators platforms. With this trial, the users would have full access to the app for 24 hours, they can join any live classes , try out as many workout videos as they like and say hi to the other community members and read their feedback about the app! 

We’ve just released this new feature to all our App Creators and it is already helping to improve their subscriber conversion rate. The commitment-phobes within their communities can now have a ‘no strings attached’ glimpse into the App, and once they’ve seen behind the curtain they are hooked and ready to make it official!
