Since 1848 women have continued to make huge social, political, cultural and economic strides in society at large. Today in South Africa we acknowledge and appreciate the women who stood before us, paving the way for the lives we can lead today.
Here at Sudor we are a predominantly female led company with over 67% of the employees being women! We are a truly global company but with a number of our lovely team based in Cape Town (lucky lot!) it’s only right that we take the time to shout out this very important day.
We aim to support and uplift trainers who aspire to scale their online businesses by providing them with digital platforms and 24/7 support from our amazing team.
This women’s day we’d like to reflect and appreciate the progress we have made in the world by shining the spotlight on some of Sudor’s phenomenal trainers and business owners and how they are inspiring women around them!

Paola Di Lanzo, Founder of ‘Paola’s Body Barre’, Live-streaming from her always popular and often sold out London studio, Paola inspires women to feel and look their best; guiding them through her unique mix of pilates and barre movements!
Marta Moura, Author, Fitness Professional and busy mum of three, created ‘Marta Moura FIT’ , with Pilates, HIIT, Spin, weights AND programs for every trimester of pregnancy, she’s really covered all the basis to help women and mothers get and stay fit!
